A San Antonio entrepreneur is selling his Dominion estate and an adjacent to-be-built mansion for a total of $12.2 million.
Roland Cisneros, owner of The Original Ice Factory in Leon Valley, placed the existing 12,000 square-foot home at 2 Admirals Way on the market for $5,695,000. He s also selling the property next door at 81 High Crescent for $6,500,000.

The Admirals Way abode is located across the street from Spurs great David Robinson s old home hence, the street name. Built in 2000, the gated hilltop house has seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

A young mother has been found guilty of murdering her 21-year-old partner Brendon Hamilton.
Almost two years after Hamilton died in his Dominion Rd flat and more than two weeks after Rikki-Lee Simeon pleaded not guilty to murder, jurors reached a verdict at 3.40pm on Wednesday.
Hamilton, 21, was stabbed in the neck in the Mt Eden apartment and died the same day his and Simeon s daughter Shyanne turned 1 year old.

The unanimous guilty verdict at Auckland High Court brought some tears of relief to Hamilton s family, who d waited for justice since May 18, 2019.
